Phil Green personality type is ESFP, and I seem to be more of a Green in some ways than others. When I was younger, my first job was in sales, then I was a florist. I’m a very people-oriented person. I like talking to people, hearing their stories, and I like helping them.
I’m pretty easygoing and laid-back, so I put myself in social situations. When the opportunity came up to write this book, I really didn’t know what it was going to be about. I thought it might be about my own personal experiences with my career but it turned out to be a whole lot more than that. I had the idea that it was going to be a book about how you can achieve your goals, being able to make a difference in the world, and how communication and understanding are so important in this business.
