Laila personality type is ESFJ, and I’m an ESFJ. I’ve been called a “soccer mom” and a “soccer mommy” and lately I’ve been called a “hipster soccer mom.”
I’m raising three daughters under 4, and they are very active in sports, arts, dance, music, and gymnastics. I learned the hard way that I can’t effectively divide my time with all three of them, so I have to pick my top priorities. And with three daughters, there are lots of priorities.

I do the best I can to try to balance it all, but it can be pretty overwhelming at times. I feel like I’m constantly pushing myself to keep up with all three girls, but also balancing my work life.
I have my own business in real estate, so my work is pretty much 24/7. It is hard to carve out time to do all the things I want to do in my personal life, so the balance tends to fall on who gets what when. I have to try to be more consistent about it all.
