Daniel Baker personality type is ENFP, so you can see that he has the same needs as my ENFP. I don’t think that those are “bad” needs necessarily, it’s just that the way he went about meeting those needs is a little bit different than the way I would have gone about it.
He tried to get other people to meet his needs for him, rather than trying to meet his own needs for himself. And that’s a little bit sad.
But at least he found out about his needs, and was able to make some changes for the better.
And that’s what we want for everyone.
