Dutch Cuisine personality type is ISTJ, which means he is more of a homebody. I'm a Christmas-favoring, food-loving extrovert, who loves to cook and eat new things. When I sit down to cook something new, I get lost in the process and lose track of time, which is not always a good thing. I am a little more drawn to cooking than I am to the actual eating part. It's a creative outlet for me. My favorite way to prepare and consume food is at home with a few close friends or family, but I also really enjoy cooking for my friends and family when they visit.

I love cooking for holidays, birthdays, and every day. One of my favorite memories as a child was not being able to eat the candy that I wanted to eat because of our dinner — I would have to wait until everyone else was done eating, then sneak around the table and eat it all myself.

I am not a big drinker, and I don't drink often at all. I don't usually get thirsty while exercising, and if I do have a drink, it's usually a nonalcoholic one. I like trying new cocktails.

Dutch cuisine (Dutch: Nederlandse keuken) is formed from the cooking traditions and practices of the Netherlands. The country's cuisine is shaped by its location in the fertile North Sea river delta of the European Plain, giving rise to fishing, farming (for crops and domesticated animals), and trading over sea, its former colonial empire and the spice trade.

Traditionally, Dutch cuisine is bland, with many vegetables and little meat: breakfast and lunch are typically bread with toppings like cheese, while dinner is meat and potatoes, supplemented with seasonal vegetables. The diet contains many dairy products and was relatively high in carbohydrates and fat, reflecting the dietary needs of the laborers whose culture molded the country. Without many refinements, it is best described as rustic, though many holidays are celebrated with special foods.
