I’d like to talk about some of the kelp-based recipes that I have made.
Kelp chips are one of my favorite snacks, they are crunchy, salty and you can’t even see that they are kelp. It’s a great snack for kids because they just want to eat it and not even ask why we’re eating it.
I’ve recently made a big batch of kelp chips and froze them. I only wanted to use them for a couple of days though, so I didn’t want to throw them out after that.
