Erim personality type is ENFJ, and I like to think of myself as a bumbling ENFP.
Nerdy little boy that I am, I felt a little like the rest of the guys in my high school, who had no idea what they wanted to do when they grew up.
I ended up going to college for computer science, and I realized pretty quickly that the job market for IT was not for me.
I'd be the first to admit that I'm not a very good programmer.
I'm not the best at writing code.
I'm not the fastest person in the world, and I'm not the most brilliant programmer out there.
And so, I got a job in marketing.
It was a good job, but I was still frustrated with my lack of technical skills.
And so, I started looking into other opportunities and found myself interested in sales.
I was always a big proponent of soft skills in the workplace, and I just kind of wanted to promote myself and my abilities into a leadership role.
And so, I ended up applying to become an account executive for several large consumer brands.
