Doroteia personality type is ENFP, I'm an INFJ. I have been INFJ for about 10 years, but recently I have been experiencing feelings of dysphoria and depression from this. I have always been a person that is very in touch with my emotions, I feel almost everything, and I can tell when someone is being fake or not genuine with me. I have always felt at peace with myself, and I never truly thought that I was not good enough, but it turns out that I was completely wrong. I always look up to people who have gone through depression, and I would listen to them when they talked about how it makes them feel like their insides are pulled out and then they feel better. I've always believed that you can't compare to people who have gone through depression and that you should just be happy with yourself. I would always take pride in the fact that no matter what the world threw at me, I would be able to handle it and be happy no matter what. I was always in total denial about my depression and didn't want to talk about it. I was never willing to listen to the people around me when they told me that I could be treated for depression and that it can be totally cured.
