Sedona Blue personality type is ENFJ, but, like myself, they can easily be mistaken for an ENFP. In the case of my wife, I would say she is a little more reserved and introverted than her personality type would lead you to believe; while in my case, I think I'm more reserved and introverted than my personality type would ever lead you to believe.
At any rate, I do have a strong preference for a quieter, more introverted life, and have found much joy in the quiet contemplation of thought, so I am often seen as being a bit of a loner. My wife, however, is a much more social person, and she enjoys being part of a larger group. She is a member of the Kiwanis Club in our small town, and during the summer she works as a camp counselor at the local YMCA. She also enjoys going to sporting events and other social events with our friends and church family.
I on the other hand, am a quiet introvert. I work in my home office, where I spend most of my days either writing or reading. I'm not much of a joiner, though I find it fairly easy to form new friendships given the chance.
