Umberto Gaudino personality type is ESTP, as I have established in previous posts, but his skills and interests are still that of an INFJ.
So we have a man who is clearly an INFJ, with a strong interest on the INFJ side of things, but who is also capable of functioning on the ESTJ side of things. He has a clear and definite preference for the INFJ side of the personality functions, but he is also capable of being a strong ESTJ.
What I find interesting is that he seems to be largely free of the “hyper-paranoid” and “hyper-dominant” aspects of the INFJ personality type. I mean, INFJs are often described as “hyper-sensitive” and “hyper-perceptive” (especially in regards to their own feelings), but what I see in Gaudino is mostly a keen and keenly-focused mind. He seems to focus on analysis and solving problems and understanding the world around him, but he doesn’t seem to be a paranoid or dominant presence.
And while he obviously has strong emotions, they seem to be predominantly a gentle and kind quality.
