History
Fredrick Starks has had an interesting career as a military doctor. In the past, while stationed at the ruins of the city of Hanoi, he helped to end the war between the United States and Vietnam by performing a blood transfusion on a Vietnamese soldier that had been badly wounded. The soldier recovered. Starks became famous for this act of courage and was promoted to Colonel and was later assigned to the U.S. military base at Area 51 in Nevada. There he performed research with his mentor, Dr. Harold Gunderson, on alien technology they discovered in various meteorites they had recovered. Starks began to see that aliens were visiting Earth on a regular basis and began to collect as many of their artifacts and technology as he could.
