Meru personality type is ESTP, or even ISTP. I find that when I am in a lot of pain, I am like a wounded animal, or a wounded soldier. The pain is so severe that I either become weak, or I become very aggressive. When I am in pain, I start to talk about things that never happen to me. What I have learned from the causes of my pain is that the pain itself is not the reason for the pain. What causes the pain is that the pain is happening in an area of my life where I have no control over anything.
As a result, this has a negative effect on me. I allow my mind to dwell on all of the things that are not going well in my life. Because I am not in control of anything, this leads me to become depressed and in a state of anxiety. As a result, I begin to think about death as an option. I start to feel helpless because there is nothing I can do to make any changes in my life.
The cause of this pain is that my life has become unmanageable. I have tried to do everything that has been asked of me, and it is still not working out.
