The pages of this book definitely provide a lot of insight into the types, but like all books about types, it ultimately lacks the depth of a comprehensive personality type test or a comprehensive personality type training (CPT) program.
That said, it should be noted that the authors do have a good sense of humor, and as a result, they’re not afraid to mix in some humor with their more serious data. This is especially apparent in their discussion of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which they call the “Myers-Brigg-Bender.”
The book is a fantastic resource for anyone interested in learning more about types and personality type, but I’d recommend reading it alongside other resources, such as my own “The Character Zer0.0 Guide to Personality Type” series on Personality Junkie.
