Larissa has a Masters degree in Leadership Studies and has worked for the Ministry of Education in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is a Certified Coach and Master Practitioner by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a founding member of the International Coaching Federation Women’s Caucus.
Larissa is also a published author, having written her first book, How communication affects your success, in 2004. It was translated into Portuguese and published in Brazil by MD Books and went on to become a best seller. Her second book, The Coaching Mindset, was published in 2012 by Bantam Press.
She has also published articles regarding leadership, confidence building, social skills, communication and emotional intelligence throughout the world including Brazil, Italy, France, Germany and the United States.
