Aaron Thorsen personality type is ESFP, so I am using my intuition to learn as much as I can. I am also using the learning tools that are included in the book.
I have made some changes to the way that I work. I have been able to add more people to my team of helpers and I have been able to reduce the amount of time that I spend on the phone.
The more that I learn about the ESFP type, the more confident I am about my abilities.
I also have begun to understand that my best skill is being able to help others when they are in need – this is my type’s greatest strength and I will continue to use it to help others.
I would like to share my story with others in similar situations as I was able to turn things around for myself.
