Outrage is a Dragon-type move introduced in Generation II. It was the signature move of the Dratini evolutionary line in Generation II. In Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, it is available as TM39.
Outrage does damage to the target for 2 to 3 consecutive turns. Until the turns are finished, the user will not be able to use another move. After the turns are up, the user becomes confused. In a Double Battle, Outrage targets a random foe. In a Triple Battle, Outrage can target any adjacent foe.
