Vernon is a character in Grand Theft Auto Online mentioned in the Lowriders update and later appearing as a minor character as part of The Contract update. Not much is known about Vernon, except for the fact that he is a high ranking member of the Families and the Boss of the Davis Neighborhood Set. At some point, he heard about Lamar's "imminent promotion" and thought that Lamar "being the absolute ruler of everywhere was going to insult him."
