I am an ISFJ. It sounds like you are an INFJ. My best friend is an INFJ, and we always make sure to really connect with each other, most of the time we are doing something together where one of us is acting as the 'introvert' and the other as the 'extrovert'. I have also been with many people who claim to be INFJs and I have yet to find one that I can connect with emotionally. However, I do know that I do have a very strong connection with my other half. I am always drawn to people who are around my age, or younger, but he's been older than me since we met.
