I think the most powerful part of the exercise is that it gives you a better idea of what type you are.
Do you have a Director's dream? A Nanny's dream? A Boss's dream? A Baby's dream?
I can tell you right now that I've got some Director's dreams. I'd like to do something with the environment, with developing projects, with creating and building something that has a value. The process of creating something that will last is very appealing to me. I want to be able to touch something and make it better than it was before. I think that's the dream of all Directors.
