They are often found to be very empathetic, but they can also be very detached from the world around them. They love to be alone and can often feel alone in a crowd. They have a strong desire for authenticity and are often very good at picking up on other people’s emotions.
The INFP is the type of person who will sit and listen to someone tell their life story for hours. The INFP has an almost childlike curiosity about other people’s lives, and this can lead them to feel very overwhelmed by their own emotions.
