Bartolomeo d'Alviano is an Italian nobleman and politician who served as Spanish viceroy of Naples from 1554 until 1555. He was a member of the House of Alviano, which was a branch of the House of Medici. He was the son of Antonio d'Alviano and Margherita Aldobrandini. He married his cousin Isabella d'Este in 1524, who died in 1533.
