Heike Raven-Banquet (died 876) was a Frisian Order of the Ancients zealot who was active in Essex, England during the late 9th century AD. Little was known about Heike other than that he was "stalwart, brave, true, none too bright, and lethal," and, in 876, he was ambushed and cut down by the Viking warrior Eivor on the road to Basildon in the Epping Forest. In his last breaths, Heike said that Frisians honored Eivor's type (pagans), as they also sought to live up to the "Ancient Ones", and he said, "to be pagan is perfect," before dying of his wounds.
