Kanae personality type is ENFJ, an extrovert and a perceiver. Jen is an ENFJ like me and we both think that we shouldn’t be working in a team with an ISTJ type. I’ve always said that we should all go our separate ways and we should never work together. But because of the pressure of our boss, we had to find a way to make sense of the situation.
When I was at university, I was forced to live with an ISTJ type roommate. This made me understand how difficult it is to live with another person who is different from you. I found out that people in the same type group have a lot in common in terms of their values and in terms of their habits. One of my friends in university was an INFP and she ended up dating an ISTJ guy. Now they have a son together and he has a lot of traits of his father.
I’m an ENFJ so I find it easy to talk with people who are in my type group. But if I’m forced to work with someone from another type group, it becomes much more difficult.
