Gaeko personality type is ESFP, and that's kind of why it works so well. The ESFP is a dreamer, and I think that's what Gae has in his personality. He's the type of character that you can't help but dream about. He's so optimistic and naive, which is what a lot of people want. They want to be able to dream and live in a fantasy world. Gae is definitely one of those characters: a dreamer, he believes so strongly in everything that he sees.
It seems like the character development has been interesting for you as an actor — In the beginning, Gae was very much like the male lead character in the show, but now we see him struggling to find himself and grow as a character.
I agree! I think it's a very interesting story, and I think it's because I'm working with such a great staff. Even though it's their job to make sure I'm doing my job correctly, it's still my responsibility to do the best that I can do, and I'm just trying my best to show all of the different sides of Gae. As an actor, that's what we want to do — show all sides of the character to the audience.
