Nenneke's personality type is quite rare and I thought I'd explain a bit of the reason why.
Extroverts (ENFJ) are driven by their emotions and need to be around others at all times. There's nothing more important to them than other people and they're happiest when they're working with a team. It's no surprise then that Nenneke works at the Elfhelm Orphanage, which is a lot like being part of a team.
Another reason for the ENFJ's rarity is that they're very good at empathising with others. They can sense how other people are feeling just by the way they look at them and are always trying to improve their social skills and sense of empathy.
Nenneke is an excellent example of this because she always tries to make everyone around her feel better, even if she doesn't mean to.
