‘Maggot’ is the 5th song on the album ‘Almost Famous’ (2015). It seems very angsty but from what I can see it seems like the singer is singing from the point of view of somebody who is being bullied or is having a tough time with other people, the word ‘maggot’ might come from here, being called a maggot. The chorus could be the same person getting very aggressive thoughts from these people and promising themselves that they’ll ‘get revenge’ in some way, which could be very much illegal.
