Lilian personality type is INTJ, INTP, INFP or ENFP. I have always been a type of person that feels things deeply, and this has led me to develop habits that I have become very good at. But I have not been good at seeing the world as it is, and I have not been good at seeing people as they are. I have to slow down and step back and put some distance between myself and others, in order to look at things objectively.
The first step to being objective about a person is to recognize their personality type. I’m a type of person that tends to see the world in black and white. I tend to see everything in terms of good and bad, with very few shades of grey in between. This is a common trait among introverts, and it can be very useful in creative fields like writing, computer programming and music. But it can also be a major handicap in social situations, since it makes it very difficult to see people as they are. If you think you are being objective, but you’re actually being judgmental and judging your friend as bad because they are loud and annoying, then you are not being objective at all.
