Julian Harlow personality type is ISFP, emo, but it's not emo or pop punk. I met one of her friends, who is an ISFP, and he told me that the only person who would ever write this kind of music is an ISFP. But I have no idea if this is true. I've also met other ISFPs who are extremely deep, intelligent, and open-minded, but not emo. I'm not saying that anyone with an emo mind is not intelligent or open-minded, but the emo music portrays the mentality of the genre. It's not necessarily representative of all ISFPs.
Well, this ISFP girl played in a pop punk band before she was in The Secret Life of Us. She wrote "Pop Punk Girl" on her MySpace, which was kind of surprising to me, because it's really not her style at all. But the song did get played on MTV for a long time, so people did get to hear it.
I think that when people hear something they like, they tend to go to MySpace and find out more about the band.
