I’m a person who enjoys making things. I have a very strong sense of color and texture, so I’m always interested in things that are handmade, vintage, and/or one-of-a-kind. I love the idea of repurposing and reusing things in my life and in the lives of the people I love.
I am also a very practical person. While I enjoy the creative aspects of crafting, I also want to be able to use what I make. For me, the practical part is key. I want my things to work for my life and for the people who use them.
I’ve been sewing for about a year now, and I’ve come to learn that there is a lot more to sewing than the actual stitching. The most important thing to me is that the end product needs to be useful. I need my clothing to fit me, and I need my home decor to be functional.
Currently, I’m living on my own in an apartment that I’ve been living in for a few months now.
