I think not. The MBTI has a tendency to focus on the most common type that seems to be present in the largest number of people. It can be helpful for those who want to know what type they are and want to use that information in their lives. But it can also be limiting for those who are interested in introversion but feel like their type is more in the mix than it really is.
That’s why I like the Enneagram, because it has its own unique way of describing introverted and extroverted traits.
