I think that the "dramatic" INTP or the "dramatic" INTJ are about as rare as the "dramatic" ISFP, but it's hard to compare using these terms. INTJ and ISTP are both very common. There's a whole lot of people who don't fit into a one-size-fits-all category.
So, these labels don't really work. The same goes for "dramatic" and "quiet".
As for ISTP, I think that the old type descriptions have gotten better over time. The latest version of MBTI is a lot more accurate than any of the ones I've read before.
