Mitski - Everyone personality type is ENFJ, but what makes it different?
I really admire ENFJ's. I'm a frontliner (in my own opinion) and I'm very motivated. I always have a full schedule, but I never get overwhelmed because I'm always able to manage everything. I also feel very much committed to my job and my students. I'm very interested in the people around me and I see the good and the bad. I try to use my empathy to help everyone feel connected and in peace. I'm very open with people, especially those that are close to me. I'm also a very good listener and I'm usually the one that take people's problems to the next level. That's why I'm great in counseling; my empathy is extremely helpful in situations where someone is feeling alone or lost.
ENFJ's are very helpful, but they can also be too much of a help. They will help you in so many different ways, but they can also try to help you by fixing other people's problems instead of helping themselves. They don't usually have a problem with being helpful, but they tend to take it too far, which can make them feel overwhelmed, overworked, and too much of a help.
