I noticed the same thing about INTPs and INFJs. It's not that INTPs are incapable of having a good personality but I feel like most of them are just too indecisive to actually create a full personality. They're always trying to be different and unique but they end up having the same personality traits as the rest of the population. Like, they're always trying to "find themselves" but they never do. I notice this most with my boyfriend (INTP) who starts getting into a genre of music that's not his own, he'll listen to it for a few weeks and then he'll be like "nah, it's no good". I don't know if he was just trying to be different or if he was trying to find himself.
INFJ: They're usually very caring and determined people but their indecisiveness can sometimes make them overly clingy.
