Ao (Squirrel) personality type is ENFP, the type of which I am, and that is the reason why I did not allow these extremely toxic people to ruin my life and also why I called it quits with a lot of people. I realized that I had been a very blind friend and a jealous person, and I had been too hurtful and too hard on people, and that I had been too harsh with my own emotions and almost apathetic to them. It was only after this 10 month period that I truly realized that I am an ENFP and that I am much more than just a type, but a person. It was after that experience how I came to realize that I am much more than just myself and that I am much more than just my addiction.
I agree with this statement, but I think we must be careful in what we choose to believe about ourselves. The reality is that every personality type can be toxic, just as every personality can be a hero. We must see our friends for who they are, not as if they are merely the type that they are.
I agree with this statement. However, it is ironic that the ENFPs who I know are the most honest and the most sincere.
