They are often the ones who take on the most responsibility for the group and are great listeners who will support and sympathise with others.
The biggest problem with this person is that they can sometimes be too much of a good thing, they want to help everyone they come across, but can also be too sensitive and place too much blame on themselves as a result of this. They also have a tendency to feel guilty as a result of their own efforts to help others and this can sometimes over-react and make them feel like a burden on those around them.
The Downsides of the DD
