Rafaella Picasso Maldini personality type is INFP, I'm an INFP and I think that's why I'm a great coach. I was born and raised in Argentina, but I moved to Spain when I was two years old. I started my career as a professional when I was 14 years old and I got the opportunity to join the Spanish U-17 National Team, where I played for about 3 years. Since then, I've been with the national team ever since.
The most difficult part of being a coach is that it's not very popular in Spain. In Spanish soccer, you don't have many coaches who do what I do, which is work with the team from the very first day until the last one. It's not very common. It's more common to be a technical director, like a manager. It's not common to be there from the first day to the last one, like I do.
When I started coaching, it was my dream to have a career as a coach. I've known so many people who are great coaches, like Marcelo Bielsa, who is a master. He's an amazing coach, but he doesn't work as hard as me to get results.
