I think this is the most realistic way of viewing the character. She is an ESFJ: she is warm and loving, but not too aggressive and uptight. Her “Sasakibe-ness” (her personality type) works well for her character.
Sasakibe is not a typical “tsundere” (hot-cold). She is just her own person, who happens to be a tsundere – in the good way. She likes bullying people, but she doesn’t have any ill will towards them. She doesn’t have a superiority complex, but she is not afraid to boss people around.
In the anime, it’s clear that she likes Ushio because he is the only one who doesn’t take advantage of her “weakness” and bully her. The other characters do take advantage of her “weakness” by being nice to her so they can get something out of her. But Ushio doesn’t do that. He treats her like a normal person and respects her.
