It's okay to not know. I'm an INFJ - a very rare and controversial type, but I'm still figuring it all out. There is something to be said for the more you know, the more you can see how amazing you are, and how much further you can go. But I think that sometimes the journey is more important than the destination.

No child wants to be called an intern. It sounds like a job. It sounds like they're just being ordered around without being given a say in the matter. And I know that sounds immature, but even adults have a hard time with this word. "Intern" implies that they're not really working at all. They're just sitting around in their office, waiting for the real work to begin.
I think we both know that's not true. Of course kids work hard - we're not idiots! But children aren't ready for the drudgery of "real" work (doing the same thing over and over, for hours on end). So if your child is a professional intern, I'd recommend finding a reputed company to intern with.
