He was a hard worker and his mind was so well organized that I could easily see him as a manager, or a project manager, or an administrator of some kind.
So I was surprised when I met him when he was working as a software developer. Heitor was easily the best engineer I had ever seen. He had excellent problem-solving skills and a talent for making logical decisions quickly. He could think through the details of a problem that went far beyond what any of the other engineers could handle. He was also not afraid to speak up and say what he thought to be the truth.
