Look at the diagram above. The INTJ personality type is positioned on top because they're the "natural born group member". The INFJ personality type is positioned on the bottom because they're "natural born leader".
The ENTP personality type is positioned on the middle because they're "natural born natural leader", but not a natural born leader and not a natural born follower. No matter what their personality type, they can lead and follow.
Why Does This Matter?
The difference between a natural born leader and a natural born follower isn't as big as we might think. As long as you identify your strengths and weaknesses, you can be a natural born leader and better follower if you need to be. If you're naturally a leader, it doesn't mean you can't be a more effective follower.
