The concept of setting priorities is very important if you are shy, and it will help you deal with your shyness. This can be hard to do at first, but it is critical to not just let everything fall through the cracks. Set priorities, and try to make sure that you complete them as best as you can, but be okay with leaving the rest of your tasks unfinished. The less you focus on the unfinished tasks, the less you will feel like you have to perform them.
