My birthday. I’ve always been a quiet kid and I don’t really talk to people much. I always thought that I would grow up to be like my parents. But as I got older, I realized my parents were just different from me. And that I was just different from them. My mom and dad are really nice people, but they always act like they’re perfect. I mean, they’re not perfect, but they seem to think they are. And because of that I can’t really make any friends. Mostly because I’m not like them. I can’t do anything without thinking about it first. That’s why my mom and dad say that I’m not good at making friends. But even so, I feel like I have a lot of friends. Like, when I’m with them, I feel like they’re real people. Not just things in the world or people that I can talk to.
