Kaizen personality type is INTJ, INTJ, INTJ.
ZEN personality type is ENTP, ENTP, ENTP. That's a very reasonable assumption, and it is entirely possible for someone to be a "Zen" in some areas, but an "Ay-Shen" in others. There are quite a few differences between the two types.
The first one is the most obvious: How many of you are aware of the fact that the Japanese word for "Zen" is "Zen"? This is because the Japanese people picked up on the fact that the word "Zen" sounds like the Chinese word "Chan" which means "The Way", and "Chan" is what the Chinese call the Buddhism of Japan. So, when the Japanese people started studying Zen Buddhism in China, they picked up on this fact and applied it to the Japanese Buddhism of the time.

The next difference is that while Zen Buddhists believe in the concept of a Buddha (as do other forms of Buddhism), they have an entirely different concept of what it means to be a Buddha.
