History
Noah first appears in person in Mello's flashback in Rondo of Blood, where he is seen watching over Mello as he sleeps in a hospital. He later appears in person in the present, where he is shown as one of Dio's followers and an admirer of Mello. He wears a blindfold, which is unusual for him; he normally wears his sunglasses at all times.
In the scene where Mello and the others fight against Dio, Noah appears behind Mello. As they are talking, Mello suddenly flings him aside, and Noah is seen falling down the stairs.
Noah is seen again in the present, and is seen walking away from the Church when Mello confronts him. He is then seen being dragged away by two of Dio's followers.
