Society often tries to change people according to their environment, but I think you should be who you are even if it means that you are judged by your environment.
I think that it is good to learn other ways to do things, but it's not good to let them change who you are (unless they can change who you are in a positive way). If I was to change my personality type, it would be to be an INFJ. You probably do not know how much INFJs are found in the world. They are supposed to be the rarest type, even more rare than ISFJs (and ISFJs are supposed to be rare).
