Valletta Delight personality type is INFJ, or the “Counselor” type. INFJ’s are a rare and special personality type and I have been lucky enough to spend some time with 4 INFJ friends, each of whom wrote a couple of chapters for the book.
We all have our own unique gifts and challenges. In this book, you will learn about the challenges and gifts of each type, and how to work with them to make them your best self.
Here are some examples of the kinds of challenges we all face:
INFJ’s struggle with living in the world. INFJ’s often feel like they don’t fit in, that they don’t know how to relate to other people, that they are different, or perhaps they are too different. Sometimes this feeling of not belonging is so strong that it can even lead to INFJ’s feeling like they don’t belong on Earth, or being unable to enjoy their favorite hobbies or activities. INFJ’s are often very creative and artistic, but they also need a purpose in life to give meaning to their creative efforts.
