Tragedy personality type is INFP, so I guess I'm a little depressed. Or, maybe I'm just talking about all my friends who are depressed. Or all the depressed people I see walking around. Or all the depressed people I see on television. It's a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's not that I watch all these people who are sad and then I feel sad. It's that when I watch the news and see all the sad things in the world, I react to that by feeling sad.
Not everyone feels this way, but it's a prevalent part of the human condition.
I have also become more paranoid. I think we all have to a certain extent, but it's come to the point where I feel like everyone is out to get me. This is partially because of the events that have transpired throughout the last few years, which have been kind of a hard time in my life, and partially because of my general paranoia that something is always going to go wrong. And if something goes wrong, everyone should be punished.
This is not helpful. This is a recipe for disaster.
If I am being honest, I am scared of the world.
