Eric personality type is ESFJ, and has a dominant function of Extraversion (E) and a secondary function of Introversion (I). ESFJs are affectionate, warm, friendly people who enjoy being around people. They like to be the center of attention, and are great listeners. ESFJs often have an air of sweetness about them, but just as often some of them can mix irritation with their caring nature. ESFJs are often in the helping professions, as they feel much more comfortable around people than they do around machines, and like to be around people even when they are not doing anything at all. ESFJs are good at finding people’s needs, and are the most likely of all the personality types to be team players. They are usually hard working and have a good work ethic. ESFJs tend to be very loyal to those they care about, and will often go out of their way to help them. They are often the ones that give their friends and family the most help, and are often the ones that hold people together while they are going through difficult times.
