Heather Gay personality type is ESFJ, and that's who I am as well.
You don't see a lot of ESFJs on this forum, because the female ones are usually much more quiet, reserved, and not as interested in discussing their personal life. But, I'm sure there is one or two here.
I can't speak for the other personality types, but the male ESFJs I know are very quiet, reserved, and not very good at expressing themselves.
The female ESFJ's that I know are much more outgoing, friendly and good at expressing themselves.

CatLady It's not that they're bad at it. It's just that they're not exactly the best at it. They're more reserved and quieter than their SJ counterparts and have a tendency to be less vocal. I think their natural inclination is to be more quiet and reserved.
They are great listeners and caregivers. That's how they make their money, after all. It's very much in their nature to take care of others.
