Kronk personality type is ESFJ, or the Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging types. ESFJs are the most concerned with relationships. Some sources say that ESFJs are also more likely to have physical ailments, but this is just an unsubstantiated claim.
The type of ESFJ that I’m describing here has a very happy, sweet, caring character, who often relishes the role of responsible caregiver. An ESFJ is the most loyal of friends and family members. They are always looking for ways to help others. ESFJs make excellent nurses, teachers, or any job that involves taking care of others. They are very organized and methodical, and will often use a spreadsheet or other system to keep track of things.
ESFJs are also very much likeable and enjoyable to be around. They enjoy being part of a community. They often have a real gift for motivating their coworkers to achieve their goals. ESFJs love to volunteer for causes that they believe in, and are usually quite active in their communities.

Kronk is Yzma's right-hand man. Since he studies on Kuzco Academy, he's always helpful when Yzma wants to get on Kuzco less directly. Kronk is very smart and appreciates his regular "B" notes, but he's a big clumsy and sometimes a big headache over Yzma's ideas. However, Kronk always puts effort into whatever he does and has his heart in the right place.
