Ludvig Pontern personality type is INFJ, the “The Counselor”. The INFJ is introverted, feeling, and perceiving. They are known as the “Counselors” due to their in-depth understanding of human nature, and are often described as “the people pleasers”. During the writing process, I had to keep in mind the INFJ personality type, and the personalities I had created for my characters. INFJs are known for putting others before themselves. This may be seen in my characters’ abilities to empathize with their victims, even before they themselves have been victimized.
If you have ever had a connection with a character, and then later read the book to find out that you had been reading about yourself, you know what I mean. That’s what I did when I read the book for the first time. I had created a character for myself that mirrored my own personality traits. So, when I read the book for the first time, I was able to relate to many of the characters I had created. It was like reading my own story.
I am glad to say that I was able to see many aspects of myself in this book.
